I have found something to do that will give me great satisfaction to adhere strictly to and will also benefit my health. I'm going to eat lots of fruits (and other healthy things)!!!
Currently on my list are:
- Blueberries
- Apples
- Banana
- Apricots
- Strawberries
- Flaxseeds
- Almonds
I'm going to eat at least 2 fruits a day everyday for a month and see if anything good happens to me :p I hope I can stick to this plan!! I feel quite determined to right now. But I'm not sure how I'll feel tomorrow morning. Must keep to this plan!! I have to psych myself up to do this.
I feel happy now :D
I have a short-term goal now! Yay me :D
